they give the only excuse that they have. you choose not to believe it and demand other excuses were they don't know any.
other then the different bike suppelier or a bad season. the only thing I can possible think off is that he's out of dope.
also the post I made about Sagan that made Avin think that were hate are a bunch of jokes at Sagan's expense and my views on the sprinters in pure sprinting. so less what I meant but more what Avin recieved.
This discussion about Mollema his TT is ridiculous. His climbing is worse this year so it's no surprise his TT (which isn't great to begin with) also took a hit. He still finished a strong 2nd in San Sebastian. It won't surprise me if the management at Trek can get more out of him than those at Belkin.

It's useless, he is pre-determined to keep saying he is dutch and blablabal, not even responding to perfectly valid arguments, because he has no other counter-arguments then the "you're dutch and mollema is dutch" card.. Pretty boring.
At least Riis123 comes up with decent replies.
Also totally agree Mollema is not more than a top 10 guy in GT's, and on a good day top 5 in classics (like FW and Clasica). But not more. No raw talent for that
You are mixing people here Ruben.
Poor Å tyby, such a horrible crash.
Reports says huge damage to lips and broken teeth and so on, oh my.
And stop that Mollema bullshit, or create separate thread Mollema - Love and Hate.

Broken teeth hurt soo bad... I had that when I fell on my face during rollerskating .
Shame on you, many riders were seriously hurt in that crash, especially stybar. This can possibly be a carreer ending crash.
it was stupid thing to even say. This was not like Perreiro, Beloki type crash at all.
Bad luck crash for Stybar..
and Bouhanni has always like cocky bastard at sprint. Like Cav. cocky years..but Bouhanni is much slower.. Well sprint probably need something like that to be succesful.
How good is Dumoulin in the longer hills and maybe more interestingly, does he have the potential to ride in the mountains in the GC? I remember I saw him in Suisse where I was very impressed by him, but on the other hand, that was a quite weak field as I remember. I could see him as a Wiggins-type of rider if he wants to make such a transformation, but I dont know much about him.
Not really convinced of Dumoulin as a GC rider, though there's definitely a chance for it to happen. Thinking he'll come short in the real mountains.
Either way, we'll see

Either way he is an impressive rider
He was 33th in Le Tour this year, in front of guys like Fuglsang, Roche and Stetina. He was 18th in Il Lombardia once, and 20th in this years Amstel Gold Race. I guess he is able to survive the longer hills, the only problems for him in this Eneco Tour are Philly Gilly and Belkin.
But that's my view, and I'm very biased in favour of Dumoulin. Kinda like Jesleyh and Wilco Kelderman (no offense Jesley)

I think he has the potential for it, but he has to lose a lot of weight I think. Than also his TT is affected by that. Time will learn. I think he should focus on smaller GT's and TT's. And perhaps the classics aswell.
