We have another participant, welcome sutty:

If Yes DT Nationality:
That makes it 32 now. We have 18 WT teams and 14 CT teams. I first thought that this would still need to be balanced by putting WT teams to CT or by more CT teams by someone making a second team.
Now I think that it will work like it is.
Applications are still open though!
Also any WT manager that hasn't recognised we have a general discussion thread where it is about voting for the calendar so check this thread, it won't be on the home page and is in the Story Games section: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....ost_897149

Okay I guess we can start with the transfers now!
The final db, no riders added: https://www.mediafire.com/download/p8e...final.xlsx
The transfer sheet: https://www.mediafire.com/download/pv4...Sheet.xlsx
Everything of course also attached!
Transfer sheet guide:
1. Put your team ID in H2, you will see your budget popping up.
2. You can manage your budget and decide how much you want to pay on scouting and research. Put a number from 0 to 100 in Talent focus. The higher the number the higher the money you get for scouting. In the research box you put actually the money you want to keep for research. Research files will be given to you after the transfer season. You can research on stats and other things that could benefit you.
3. Bidding on a rider:
1. Put your team ID in the column next to him
2. Put the wage you want to pay in the next column, it can't be under the minimum wage, displayed in column F.
3. If you have done everything right, there will be a green light in column H.
4. The number of riders displayed in J3 represents the minimum number of riders you can sign, you are free to sign more. WT teams need at least 20 riders, CT teams 16 and U25 teams 8. You do not need to bid for the number of minimum riders needed in the first round that's just the number you will have to signed at the end of the transfer window.
5. If you have a Development team you will do the transfers in the same file as of your other team. Riders of U25 teams can't be older than 25 so make sure you at least sign 8 U25 riders.
6. It could be that M3 turns orange in your file, nothing wrong with that for the beginning but it means that you could get in money difficulties by trying to sign the needed number of riders.
7. Do not write anything in any other cell I didn't talk about!
8. Sort the file by the wage you are paying.
9. Copy the columns A-E of the riders you want to sign and send it me in a PM in a table.
Important Rules:
1. Don't go over your budget! If you do so, one of your riders will be replaced by a worse or removed.
2. After the last round of transfers you will have to be signed the minimum amount of riders you need, if you don't your team will be filled by me.
3. Only bid in steps of five. If you don't your bid will be changed to the next smaller multiple of five.
4. A rider will go to the team that bids the most. The team will have to pay the wage it offered.
5. If another team bids atleast 90% of what the leading team bid, the rider isn't signed. All the teams that were in those 10% will have to make a second bid on the rider via PM. The highest bidder will get the rider, in the event of a tie the rider will randomly assigned to one of the teams.
6. After round 1 there will be a second round you can bid on all the riders that are still free by then. In total there will be four rounds.
7. After round 2 a second transfer window opens in which transfers between teams will be allowed. More specific rules will come then.
8. Maximum average of a development team rider is 75,00. The minimum wage of all development riders combined is 1200, the maximum 2000.
I hope I didn't forget anything. You have 36 hours to send in your transfers for round 1!
Bikex attached the following file:

Cool!
Gonna do it tomorrow.
Just the 90% rule. The odds of the bids being so close are quite low, I guess I'd go for 80% personally,'but okay
Regarding dev. Teams: Any rider AVG limit, or did I miss it?

Oh thanks for reminding that's something I forgot, AVG limit for dev teams is 75,00 shouldn't influence to much, but guys like Sagan can't be in a development team
Also I forgot that the minimum wage of all riders combined in a dev team is 1200, maximum is 2000!

So how many riders should we be looking to sign in Round 1, or can we just go for all of the ones we want?
Do Dev teams come out of your TeamID budget?

Do Dev teams come out of your TeamID budget?
You can't go over the limits with your bidding but in between that you can bid for all you want.
The dev team budget is in.

Well your budget is three times higher then the one of development teams so I think you should be better than them. |

Some stat changes and a bug changed, shouldn't affect the one you sent in |

So about the research thingy, what's a relatively high value and what's a low value? I mean, is 1k too much research, is 100 too little? I know there's some randomness involved but the correct details allude me a bit.

So, let me know if i understand you:
I pick 20 riders, with the money that i want pay for them, and send you a PM with this table? with the 20 riders?
What about if i can't buy all of them? for example, only 10. What about the others 10? we need to send you another table with other 10 riders?
I'm lost about what is the information that i need to send you

I can't really say it depends on how much the others spent on research. The chance of your research also depnds on if it is relatively high or low compared to what others spent. |
