I guess this could be hard to answer Jsea... But how long will it take?
I can do 12:45 if it's short but i have to go out at 13:00, hence if it takes longer than 15minutes i can't do that time and would have to push back to 5AM the next day (10am for me). Obviously you won't be up at 5AM so lets say 9-10AM (2-3pm for me) but that cause me trouble as i'm not around then....
Long and short of it all, if it takes longer than 15minutes to do then i can't take part until sometime Tuesday afternoon/evening. (Can't go earlier tomorrow unless it's your 7AM)

Okay, it will take anywhere from 5 - 30 minutes, depending on how skilled you are. Its not too bad.

I'm not sure there's a way to catch cheating. I mean, I'm not sure about the 'myth' that admins can read PM's but these can easily be distributed in other means. Just have to rely'\ on integrity I guess

I've got a Dissertation meeting until 12 EST, 20minutes to walk back home then i've got 40 minutes to cook&eat, do a series of physio exercises, do all my emails and then head out to work an evening shift until 3AM UTC. Tuesday i've got another Dissertation meeting and a 2 hour lecture and shopping to do which will keep me busy until about 7-8 UTC.
