Come on Gutierrez... you have to finish in front of Pate, not lose more time to him. |

Ghyselinck hanging on again. All good, though Hansen's getting closer.

Jerome had a great stage there, the leaders are stacking up behind the current leader. Morkov was pretty average there.

nice to see Kaisen taking back some time, and us taking a second stage in a row, must admit there was abit of inside knowledge used there as Alizadeh is a star for my ManGame team aswell as taking a stage here.

STAGE 12: Athens - Athens 176 KM's
Stage Favourites:
*****Pineau(KOE) ****Rodriguez(CAC) ***Petrov(DON)
**Morkov(CON) *El Fares(KOE)
Few would argue that is the most break taking stage of this TOTC, with Athens as a backdrop. In the last 30 kilometres we go over the Licavitos climb (1 KM @ 6%) 3 times, which may cause some fractures in the peloton.
Great scenery is the backdrop as the break establishes it's self.
Wurf is the first to attack and he would be apart of a 14 man break today. Also in the break: Foder, vandeWalle, Sagan, Fernandez, Doi, Gill, Kamyshev, Gretsch, Bol, Kozontchuk, Marinangelli, Biondo and Bodrogi.
Foder falls with 100 KM to go.
The break would be down to 13 riders as the Aer Lingus rider must be injured as he doesn't even try to return to the break. Aer Lingus, Koenigsegg and Construtora AJS begin to chase behind.
Kozontchuk would be first at all 4 KOM points today. However, only 1 point was on offer at each so Valjavec would remain in the polka dots.
15 KM to go: the break have 2'00 over the peloton. None of the favourites dare attack!
van de Walle and Doi attack out of the break.... It is a brave attack from the two riders as guts may lead to glory today........But they are wound up with some 7 KM to go as the other 11 men in the break capture the escapees, although there were multiple riders not willing to chase.
The break would fight out the win!
Marinangelli looks strong with a few hundred metres to go... But with Bodrogi and van de Walle, amongst others, coming up fast it is difficult to call this one.
IT IS A CARTOON NETWORK VICTORY!
Cartoon Network become the third team in this TOTC to win multiple stages. Despite his early attack, van de Walle clearly had something left as he stormed towards the finish with a well timed sprint. Bodrogi looked good for his second place and may have won with a better position.
With no attacks from the favourites they can't complain that they couldn't fight out the win.

It's Jürgen van de Walle!
After some disappointment in the last days, Jürgen van de Walle takes advantage of the chance that was offered to him today and delivers our second stage win at this edition of Tour of the Chosen. A massive success for him and the team, especially since we have come quite under the wheels sometimes in the past weeks. So thank you Jürgen, enjoy it and Johnny Bravo is a fan of you too now!

Fernandez should've done much better, he's a. strong sprinter, so nearly last from the break wasn't good. Also wtf Schorn, you can do the hills and you can sprint, this should've been you stage!

Wow, Sagan actually had a nice result. And this is the best position I've ever been in a TOTC!
