Just to make a few things clear for me.
1) If I have best bid at this point and decide to increase it without anyone else bidding will that result in the price going up or will I get him at the first round price?
2) If I "move" my bid to a different rider will that forfeit

He'll be a top sprinter in any system and in real life. I just really wanted another serious sprinter and my other target wasn't really happening. Now i only want 2 more guys to top things off

1) Is the budget for season 2 affected by ranking for season 1?
2) Perhaps you can give us just a little peek at the development system...does it have to do with rider results?
