So you ask if you're allowed not to upgrade riders in the other thread, and Matthews is missing from your list. There's no reason not to give a free upgrade to a rider unless you already have a deal for him and you don't want to give the guy receiving Matthews to get an advantage (which is pretty lame by itself, in my opinion).
Next I get a PM from knockout that you are still making pre-transferdeals, and guess what, it was involving Matthews. And then we see these posts in your HQ. I need some time to think on how to deal with this.

EDIT: Also I was more asking with regard to the guys I was releasing. I know you won't believe me, but I actually did forget about Matthews, otherwise why would I want to upgrade him afterwards?
EDIT 2: Either way, it in no means tells you I have a deal for him. If it wasn't a mistake (which it was) then it could just mean I was planing to sell him. I'll repeat for ANOTHER time I have not come to an agreement with anyone regarding Matthews, I have just decided that he will go. Ollfardh, you yourself said that I should sell either Goss or Matthews.
