1. Start a new thread for your team (see other threads for inspiration). Nothing fancy needed now.
2. Choose and post three goals from the early season (easy, medium, hard)
3. Send race applications to Ollfardh
4. Sign custom riders if you want. Max. 6 custom riders and 30 riders in total on the roster.

Hello, I have to send race applications and I have a few questions before, because I am new in this kind of game. I have Accent Jobs, a Pro Continental Team.
1. I must submit an application for any race (World Tour and Continental Tour) or I am signed already for a few races, like World Tour Teams are signed for World Tour races ?
2. The stats of the riders (except custom riders) will be the same as in the PCM 2013 ? or at least close to that ?
3. How many race days I have per year ? It seems to me that is about 120, but maybe I am wrong.
4. What is the date limit for applications ?
5. Are the rhythm, freshness and form disabled ? I think form it is, but I am not sure about the other two.

1. Yes. I believe you will get access to any CT-races you want but you have to motivate why you should be given a wildcard for any WT-races you wish to race.
2. They will be the stats from the upcoming PCM-daily DB, so close to the existing DB but with variations according to rider performance.
3. 62 race days per rider. It is your own responsibility not to sign up for more races than you have riders for. (8*[Race Days] equal or smaller than 62*[Nr of riders]).
4. ASAP for the first part 
5. The racing will be done in single-race mode with random form disabled. So you won't have to worry about building shape and rhythm through the schedule.

I thought RadioShack with Cancellara would be a shoe in for the CT classic wildcards.
Was I supposed to do a fancy presentation? I would/ will if that is what it takes! |

Important announcement, thanks for reminding me!
In the World Tour, you will have to send exactly 8 riders to a race, with the exceptions of Pologne 6, TDU 7 and the GT's 9. In the Continental Tour it will be 6-8 riders for each race.

Right, I currently have Marcovdw, Neillster and Selwink on occasional basis volunteering as race reporters. Two and a half men (yes..) is not enough for this. If anymore people want to report a race, even if it's just one, let me know asap. Thanks in advance
