@Cactus Sheep
Here's a brief:
I'm really shy to talk to girls, if I don't met her for years. Eg, if it's a classmate or a girl I know for a lot of years, I can easily talk to them. Now, if it's a 1st time to talk to a girl, that's another talk. So, I want to know a girl that's on my school. She's two years younger than me, but she's really pretty and nice. So, I try to gain gut's to talk to her, and when I did, I decide to try another aproach. So I talked anonymasously to her trough a social network, so she wouldn't know it was me. I gave her clues of who I was and with the clues, she actually know thinks that the person who was talking to her is a guy from my class with the same name as me.
Actually, that wans't a brief summary, that was the all story.
Alright gents, here is how it's done. I went to New York not too long ago with about 20 other people. We were grabbing taxis to go to dinner the last night before we flew home. It was during rush hour and the hotel was on Times Square, so there weren't enough taxis. Me and this girl were the last ones standing on the curb, waiting for a taxi when a rickshaw rolls up and asks if we need a ride.
We could have waited for a cab, but instead a minute later we were weaving through traffic in this rundown rickshaw, passing the shocked faces of the people who were in our group as they sat immobile in their taxis. We got there ten minutes before anyone else and almost died half a dozen times.
And now we are the best of friends. Moral of the story, jump at the opportunity to make a memory. At the very least you will have a funny story.

You've got the beginnings of a mediocre romantic comedy. Well done

Yup, that's a strange story. I guess you have to tell her in her face that it's you.
Well, you can do that using the social network as well

Yeah, because picking up birds via a social network has worked so many times before...
@Miggi (Not gonna make a quote piramide)
He started to chat with her via the social network as well, so I can't see the bad thing of continuing there for now.

Haha, sounds creepy to write my first post outside the pcm-part of the forum in this thread...
But well, I have a problem:
One year ago I was starting in college (or something, I think that is the english variant ). I came in touch with a girl in my class, and I will not deny that I was flirting a bit. We got closer, and were often together outside schooltime; several times just the two of us. After some time I felt pretty sure she had feelings; she was always smiling when our eyes met, I could make her laugh, no matter what I did; and she always wanted physical contact with me. Still I didn't know if this was right, so we continued as this for a long time. In january i decided to go for it, and was going to invite her out.
Then of course many were aware of our contact and my flirting, and many of my friends made fun of me because of this. Then the same day as I was going to invite her out one of them faceraped my in a childish, but not bad meant way. Just like "I love *****". All of my friends, and all of her knew about it after this, and more and more people joined the wave of mocking about the situation. You wouldn't think that this would destroy a person, but after the happening she have been silent. Not really angry, but she have barely said a word; not to me, and not to anyone else. I have tried many things to improve her mood, but nothing seems to help. My contact with her is just gone, and she has sort of gone into her own world completely. I feel sorry for her of course; but also worried, and I don't really know what to do.
I don't know if any of you remember this, but I want to say that it is solved. She needed 5 months before she was back to normal (wtf? ) but suddenly we were back on terms, and now we are in a relationship. Still I don't know what was going on inside her head, and I don't think she know it herself either. But anyway, everything is good now.
I don't know (actually I really doubt) if your advices were the decisive for this, but I want to thank you anyway.
Ok, this thread did not have a lot of activity at this point I will try to stay more in the off-topic forums for the time coming (if she lets me). Last time I was here this thread had an overflow. Also this post felt like 100 % bragging, but I presume it is ok to brag, when a PCM player like me really have managed to pick up a pretty girl..

Am I the only one who finds this thread absolutely hysterical? I dunno why but it's hilarious, and anyway
You are members of an Internet forum about a game about cycling, there is a 93% possibility you are a nerd! thus rendering all the romantic counselling in the world useless....
And the stories are just so funny. You couldn't make this stuff up...
Good luck with your relationship nils erik, but we want pictures of her! Otherwise you cant claim the girl being pretty.
