- Astana hasn't paid wages to non-Kazakh riders since September
- Pat McQuaid has said that "there's more evidence against Valverde than there is against Basso"
- Mayo's B-test will be ready at some point this week
- UCI were to decide if they wanted to start a case against Rasmussen last week, but it now seems like they are still considering it. |

True
And if it's positive, Mayo's lawyers will probably demand it to be retested. |

Valverde is Spanish, and the Spanish Cycling Federation were really good at dealing with Puerto. They just shelfed the whole thing so they didnt have to suspend any of their top riders.

not to mention all the athletes, tennis players, football players, and the gigantic numbers of handballers. but hey, it's all been shelved so they must all be innocent, right?

Unless its negative again Negative from a legal point of view and unconclusive from a scientifical view.
Most likely with all the hiding stuff Mayo took, they won't find EPO at all, nor exogen (what they're looking for) nor endogen (natural one, which we all have). |

so if they don't find exogenous EPO either, that's in my book a clear indicator that he's doping. if he had no EPO in his body, he wouldn't produce any red blood cells and his cells would slowly start dying from lack of oxygen.

Of course it's a proof of cheating, but legally-speaking he cannot be convinced of anything if no EPO at all is found. :x |

my point is that that alone should be enough to convict him

Unibet.com and their new unrevealed German sponsor will continue as a Pro Continental team, but with Swedish license. Due to the new German sponsor, several German riders are rumoured to be going to the new team: Steffen Wesemann (Wiesenhof), Thomas Ziegler, Eric Baumann (both T-Mobile) and David Kopp (Gerolsteiner).
It's all rumours, though. |
