New "Combination" Game

The initial stats will be based upon the PCMCL rules, but with some changes.
There is no set development speed. There will be a limit, but it wont be harsh.
If all went well then a 23yo custom rider in season 1 could win some U23's in the smaller stage races. In season 2 win a CT stage race. In season 3 be PT race contender (at age 25)
An 18yo will take longer to be competitive, but will be at a younger age.
A 30yo will be instantly competitive.

I guess they can't be in your team in the first season otherwise you could create a competitive rider only because you need him. |

Maybe, but if you create them before the draft starts, you don't know what kind of rider you need
And you've got to let them race in the first season, so they have to be somewhere at a team...

The draft wont create 30 man teams. So there will always be space for the custom riders.
After the draft managers will have to sign them to whatever team.
