And people will claim that he is a doper because he didn't have any result prior to this performance, but we would all know that Pate had it in him all the time

Kessiakoff has said that he'll get a captain's role, so I think they've got two. Like in the Giro with Tiralongo and Kreuziger.
Don't expect much from Kessiakoff though, since he has also said that he's really exhausted from the Tour.
Cofidis will probably go for Moncoutié.

Okay.
I just read an interview with Kreuziger, where he states he was removed from the Vuelta team as a captain to drive something small race. Furthermore he states that the captain now will be Tiralongo in the Vuelta.
But hope to see Kessiakoff riding good |

Because he's a leadout man, not a GC rider.
I think Cunego is going, so I would guess he's Lampre's captain.
