I agree, McEwen was great, very fast man. Sad to see him ending his career.

I loved watching McEwen, his 2007 TDF win in Canterbury for example. Amazing.

Uran for GC?
They've secured themselves a couple of stage wins at least.

Yea, Uran & Henao. You don't really need to have a good climbing support here anyway as the Italian teams will do all the chasing in mountains.

Nice team, incredibly strong leadout train and a good leader with Urán. I guess Henao should have a free role, except if Urán does well in GC, he definitely can, and needs his help.
Edit: No Siutsou I see. I thought he was going to do the Giro, but I suppose they're saving him for the Tour? He'd be good to support Urán.

Yea, as you can see Siutsou is doing every race with Wiggins so far so definitely tour for him. Same can be said about Froome, Rogers and at this point I believe Porte gets a nudge too.
I don't think Uran will do tour but he's isn't sure yet, if not Vuelta is the other target where he'll lead again or be domestique to Froome. It will be a good prep for him as well for Worlds.

Interesting team. I hope the Colombians succeed, and are able to fight for stage wins, and for a good GC position.
As for Siutsou, I think he should be given an opportunity to lead the team in a Grand Tour, somewhere in the future. He's not young, though, but he surprised almost everyone in last year's Giro with a top-10. Who knows he might do it again sometime? |

That really sucks. I hoped and believed that he could do really well. Must be incredibly disappointing for him when he finally gets to lead the team.
Hopefully he leaves Team RadioPard next year for a captain's role in another team. I think he has a GT podium in him, with a bit of training.

He's doing Tour de Luxembourg I know. He said he wants to focus on Tour Green Jersey with chances that Cav may abandon due to Olympics.

Lampre has a team to rule the Giro. Will be the strongest team with possibly Liquigas and Astana. Also amazing flat team for Sky.

I think he has a good chance. There's always a chance that something screws up in the Sky train. Plus, I've never seen Chicchi this good before.
