Just watch the race right now. I don't see Rogers, but Danny is off the front. Go figure.
Wasn't your point that he was a better climber? Well, where are the climbs? Willunga?
Annnnd he's dropped.
Edit: And there goes Rogers leaving Pate behind

The leaders are making a big mistake giving Dennis so much space. He is an extremely strong rider, and they should be chasing already imo.
Edit;
Watch Rogers whizz by Pate in a second

As Alakagom said, Danny worked throughout this whole race and was still able to be in the front.

Very nice Valverde. Interesting to see how tomorrow will pan out, as they are both equal on time now.

There will always be some sort of excuse. But Pate will keep on showing zero results to support your claims... Go figure.

Valverde is very emotional in the interview. Quite sad to see he has missed so much time doing what he loves, without failing any tests.

I think either he had, or was planning to dope. Therefore he should deserve to serve his suspension like everyone else.
I also think he;s talented enough, that he definitely doesn't need to.
For now, I'll cheer for him, but I dont like to give 2nd chances.

Keep trolling, troll. You and everyone else saw what he did today.

He did deserve a ban for intention, but I felt it was a little harsh, the fact that he never failed a doping test is why he still remains my favourite rider, however if he did fail a doping test they he wouldn't, so I continue to support him

Unfortunately, Valverde would need bonus seconds tomorrow to win the race. Gerrans is too far ahead in the stage placing count. More than 70.
I wonder how many times Paul Sherwen will repeat that cycling is a team sport when Robbie McEwen tries to block sprint placings.

You gotta respect Valverde. He's barely been back a few days, should really be taking it easy, getting used to the rhythm, he's down at the Tour of Who Gives a Shit that doesn't matter in the least especially to a spanish team, yet he's still giving all he's got.
Doping aside, this is the kind of rider the sport needs more of.

+1 Shame to hear that it's the Tour of ... but can't agree more on Valverde. He's gained my respect today.

Also, I have to laugh at Machado being his usual self. Attacks at a pointless time, gives us some great entertainment by being tactically naff, then gets caught and dropped.
