As usual there is a break in this World Championship, and as always they also allowed a great gap before they are caught. Austrailia, Russia, Denmark and Portugal have one rider each in the break. Belgium works to catch them.
The break is caught but nobody attacks!? Cavendish and the rest of the Britain team are able to follow the bunch over the final climb, and with 6km to go we start the lead out.

The sprint goes uphill Cauberg, and the hill is to steep for Cav. However, I am only happy about that fact, because it makes it possible for
