Does someone also gets a little bit suspicious about Vacansolleil in terms of doping? I mean signing Ricco and Mosquera. And Hoogherland who came out of nothing. Now the same story with De Gendt?
I hope you understand that i'm not hoping that De Gendt get's caught or that he takes CERA or EPO.

I wasn't able to watch the stage yesterday, but the replay is on Eurosport now, and it looks like a brilliant effort from de Gendt. Looks like a great rider, with a great spirit, give us more of those riders! |

if we are gonna look at cycling like that, then every team is suspicious. And beside, de Gendt doesn't come out of nowhere, he is still young, but already got some results with smaller teams..
Nice to see him preform at this level too

Everybody knew the risks with Ricco and the Mosquera situation is less than ideal but they couldn't have known before they signed him.
It's ridiculous to immediately call "doping" when another rider of that team performs better than expected.
Besides, Ricco already used doping before Vacansoleil signed him and Mosquera is under suspicion for using doping in a period when he wasn't even part of Vacansoleil so your arguments really don't hold up. |
