VOECKLER WELL DONE! FANTASTIQUE!
Vive le Voeckler!
You wouldn't say "le" there, even though you English speakers tend to use "le" or "la" wherever it doesn't belong when trying to speak French.
On the French eurosport ticker, they say Schleck rolled on a stone when he attacked, which caused the chain jump.
I know, the "le" makes it "the Voeckler," and as Voeckler is a person not an object that is not correct.
I just think it sounds better than "Vive Voeckler" |

To say that it was just Schleck they waited for is quite an overstatement.
I'm actually neutral to who of Contador or Schleck that wins. But winning in a way like this, that is just way too "boring"" |

Contadope's only change to win, is too attack when Schleck has problems. |

Winning the Tour thanks to others unluck is something that Contador is getting used too, it seems. |

Afaik we don't have any picture of Contador when Andy attacked, he might have responded with an attack before Andy's chain jumped. |

The Tour de France is like this. If you take out the Tours that were decided by imponderables like these , you're left with a few of the 1999-2009 Tours and little more, actually.

You can see him in the head-on camera. He attacked after.

Even Vino slows down and Contador goes all out... I wonder whether the glorious nation of Kazakstan will approve of the way the Spaniard is behaving. |

Not with an attack, to an attack. Looked like he was five or so metres behind Vino when Vino passed Andy due to the chain jumping.
Not sure exactly when Contador himself attacked after that, hopefully we'll get a longer replay. |

It's sad that it happens when Schleck was actually attacking, because seeing yesterday's stage, it was like both him and Contador would have kept on watching each other in the eyes all mountain stages long, and let the last ITT decide everything.
Given Contador took the jersey today, now we can be sure Schleck will have to attack again, which makes it more interesting. |
