No idea. The time trial just always seems to be on the first week of September, for whatever reason. It doens make much sense - as shown when it clashed with the Tour of Britain a few years ago.

No, it doesnt.
The Vuelta takes priority over it - and the Tour of Britain does aswell.

hmm i just changed the wikipedia's sites... and when i looked at the national champions itt of britain... the second and third one were never great names... this year is different...
