MTB is not mainstream enough anymore. I'm gutted for him though.
Maybe we should praise him elsewhere, so that he'd make it to a poll ? |

That Alberto Contador fella didn't make it either. It's obvious they didn't include both of them because they'd pwn the poll, duh.

Ruben Lampe has been even more deserving as a MTBer than Contador as a road cyclist this season, in my opinion.
Sadly for Lampe, it's become all for road racing again lately.

Now in the news: Murilo Fischer is portuguese

I know, I'm being naughty but it wouldn't be as bad if his jersey weren't the national flag of a country in an entirely different continent

Nah, it's not that bad, it's just that Cyclingnews have their geographical knowledge a couple centuries outdated. I've seen worse things.

Cyclingnews have corrected it now, but the titles for an article formerly read:
16 teams named for Tour of Oman
ASO announced 11 World Tour squads to African stage race

It misspells the name of the rider they think it is, it horrifically misspells the name of the team they think it is, it's very obviously not that rider or that team in the picture.
Wow, that must be some kind of record.

Wrong rider, wrong team, wrong team name spelling, wrong rider name spelling. That must be a record.
Edit: Uh, I was ninja'd.
