Le Tour de France Stage 1
Sorry for no pics this report. My pics seem to be hiding on me. The stage started off really slow and no one wanted make the pace of the peloton. A break got away of 7 riders and then Rabobank nad HTC decided to do the work. Even Cav was doing work today which meant that Albasini or Greipel was the one they were working for. At 13km to the line the break was brought back. At 9km Van Summeren and Meyer set up a train for Farrar. I was all alone but was still in a great position. Now with 4km to go we had a great shot with Farrar. At 2km the sprint started and Farrar, Meyer and I were all in a top 6 position. Unfortunatley Freire took the win from us and Cancellara even sprinted and got a great finish too!

Le Tour de France Stage 2
This is an important stage for us. We want Farrar to get lots of Points in the Green jersey competition while HTC dispute over a #1 sprinter in either Cav or Greipel.
Perrig Quemeneur, Gregory Rast and Popovych get in the morning break. They stay away for a very long time.
Then on the last KOM sprint of the day Popo gets a huge lead on his brekaway companions and is now on a solo bid for the win.
Everyone ups the pace as we get closer to the finish. With only 5km left and still 1:00 minute ahead Popovych is looking strong at a possible stage win. On the left of this shot we have started a train for Farrar who is in the yellow jersey. (Under 25 and Overall shirts got mixed up in Docs will switch later).
And Popo grabs the win. That was a great effort by him. A well deserved win. But who is leading the sprint for 2nd?
Robbie Hunter is. He beats Cheula to the line and surprisingly Farrar gets 4th after he couldn't get passed Hunter in the final km.

As you might have assumed I have exams like many others here. I should be continuing in July and maybe late June. Time to study.

Tour de France Stage 3
Honestly I'm sorry that my pics keep on 'hiding' as they are missing again.
Ok the stage started off very fast for us. We set up a few of our riders at the front so they could push the pace for Farrar to get some early sprint points at the intermediate sprints. Unfortunatley Farrar never made it to them on time because of a break getting away just before. The team decided to fall back a bit to wait for Farrar to return to the peloton. When he returned we stayed near the middle of the pack. 20km to go and the BOTD gets caught. We are certain it will be a sprint today so the guys get some well needed gels and gets some Coke to get that little bit extra caffeine in them. 7km And Van Summeren has a train set up with Meyer, Hunter and Farrar all following it. 3km and the sprint begins and VanSummeren is already farther back than we would have liked. In the end Greipel wins the sprint after basically all the top class sprinters were following our train, leaving Greipel and a few others ahead of the rest. Meyer made up the most gap for our team.

Le Tour de France Stage 4: Time Trial
This is one of 2 TT's in this years tour and our squad of excelent time-trialist will be looking to get an advantage from todays stage. I'm hoping I can hold on to a good GC position with a strong performance today, but thats hard with the strong field here today. The stage is'nt very lumpy so Dave could top the podium.
As I was still warming up for the day the first real GC contendor set off, and let loose. Menchov quickly overtook the fastest time on the first time check by nearly 45 seconds. He kept a steady but fast pace all the way to the finish line where he became the new leader of the stage with a time of 37:11
Next came Armstrong. He had a mediocre day and said he did not finish as high as he wanted to, in an interview just after he finished.
Now comes the overall favourite Alberto Contador, who did have a really bad bad. He finished 1:27 down on the eventual stage winner..
It was my turn to fly down the ramp. I don't think I have ever seen this many Canadian flags at a race before. Because of this I pushed a little harder and I think it came out pretty well in the end. I gained time on a few GC contendors but lost time to a few.
Now the last rider out that had a chance at knocking Menchov off the throne. Bettered the first time check time by almost 30 seconds and the second time check he bettered by almost 50. And you know what that means, the saying that is heard more often than: "one small step for man,one giant leap for mankind.
He's killed it! As P+P would say.
Spartacus takes the stage.

Thanks. I can't take even half the credit. Thank the Camerluca db for all its equipment and Cleditor for making it easy and actually fun to make transfers and stat changes. It only took a night to do the transfers and about a week later the stats were done. And I've now gone over the stats again since the release of the 2010 Daily db for PCM 10 for about half the teams. Unfortunately some riders are still missing. I've added Sky, RadioShack, Team Raleigh, SpiderTech, and Bahati as well as updating the jerseys for the 2010 season. Which was a lot of work mind you. I can upload the db but I don't think it will work unless you have the Camerluca SP 1.0 + 1.5 installed. I also updated most of the equipment to its 2010 version like the Giro helmets fe.
Anyway here's the .cdb
If you add all the missing riders to the db could you please upload it again.

Ok I mentioned earlier that I would like to continue with this story as well as my SpiderTech story but when I click on the game icon I get errors abound, and it recommends I reinstall. My hope is that I can just copy paste folders I need along with the .cdb and savegame and then reinstall and patch it up, and overwrite everything again.
Hopefully this works.

Tour de France: Stage 5
Today is just a flat stage, so nothing to worry about for me. I'll just be sitting beside Christian for most of the day, trying to stay out of trouble. For Farrar and Hunter though, it will be a big day. Greipel is showing that he is the top sprinter at Le Tour and we cant let him gain any extra Sprint points on Farrar today.
Starting off the sprint, Fabian Wegmann tries to make a slick move on the right, and catch everyone off guard, but instead we focus on just riding our race, which for Farrar and Hunter is going as fast as they can ride.
Now 500m left and Hagen is out in front, but Greipel is closing very quickly. Farrar looks good for 4th. But can Hagen hold on?
Some may disagree but Hagen wins the sprint just edging out Greipel who could have had a brilliant come from behind victory.
