Yes, youre free to change team names/sponsors, but make sure that it is too one that you want to keep, and not one that you will want to change again a week later |

This is probably explained somewhere and I've missed it or not read it yet.
But, how do riders develop in the Man Game?
I just looked at the DB and some riders caused me to go .
Not that I'm interested in Italian riders or paying especially close attention to them (), but Ginanni Francesco and Marco Marzano raised an eyebrow. So too did Sella's climbing ability compared to Basso's.
Btw, I'm not moaning about the stats - just interested in how they work with a view to deciding my buying strategy. |

yep they do. And those 'strange' stats are because the DB was made a few years ago and the big hopes were others than today. And Basso is getting old probably and he stats are decresing

Marzano and Sella got there due to PPDB, I added Ginanni as a strong hilly rider because he has started to have some decent results in real life, and I felt that another really good hills rider was needed.
With Basso, I only just added him, and well first of all theres no way Id give him good enough stats to do well in the ProTour . Also, if he had been in the DB from the start, he would have had a stats decreases. (Last season those born in 1972 retired, and those born from 1973-77 had stat decreases, with the decreases being greater for those in 73 than 77) |

Thanks for the answer to the stats question.
Is there somewhere where the rules are explained in detail - it seems that you manually update the stats?
I looked in the rules and announcements section - but have probably completely missed the thread this is in. |

I was only able to become a team manager last night. Patience is a virtue.

Yes, the person in question has been online. Ive sent them 2 Reminder PMs and nothing. If theres still nothing in a couple of days, then he will be sacked.
