Okay, another question: I have used in PCM 2012 stats limit of 82. Do you guys recommend stat limits in PCM 2013 as well or is the gameplay better when riders have 85 OP stats?

personally I really recommend it for cobbles. Many cobble sections tend to be too weak and if you have a bigger difference between riders (50 - 85 instead of 50 - 81), the best riders will break away easier and split the peloton. |

Ah interesting, and what about MT, sprint and such. Any recommended limit for the top/best tier riders?

Well, for the others, around 82-83 would be better, because the difference between the big guys will be too big otherwise.
@Ian I think if Cancellara is at 85, Boonen 84, Vanmarcke 82/83 and such, that Cancellara becomes too dominant.

Ah so it's like in PCM 2012 then. Righty. Another question, showing my noobism, which XML files would you recommend to use then?

I found an article about making weekly saves (career) for PCM09, has there been any changes to this method because I cant seem to do it? |

I do Canc at 84, just like Boonen and (just because I like him) just like Vanmarcke, but I give Canc more flat.
It's how you divide the stats, but I have no problems with my edited databases where riders have 84 or 85. I also have winners with only 80 cobbles, depending on how the race unfolds. |

just started a Tour De France stage race with Sali's 1998 DB and even though I finished 3rd I was surprised by a nice 3rd place. Zülle didn't get a good time since he was my first rider on the stage, so it was hard to use the right setting on him

I dont think so, but the game does make automatic saves / weekly saves on its own , go to Documents/Pro Cycling Manager/WeeklySaves/%username%

however the big surprise happened on the 2nd stage where Riis and VandeVelde lost 14´03 minutes. Klöden and Ullrich lost 5'25 minutes on a hilly stage, that they were favorites in xD

Not the best pace to ask (meh) but I'll ask here anyway:
Do you think the Cross database from PCM 12 will work on PCM 13? |

I don't think so. You'll have to convert a lot of things, but I don't know exactly which ones.

I guess the only way to find out for sure is to install it and see if it works. Since the Cross DB doesn't really change any mechanics but just replaces files maybe you'll be lucky?

Well, the main editing issue would be the .cdb. Tables in DYN_cyclist for example have changed, so all that needs to be edited manually

Hmm and how should I do that? When I run Lachi's editor in which table? (Sponsor, sponsor goals, teams etc) Where can I find it? |
