Is it just me, or do the favourites of the vuelta seem happy just to follow each other around spain, and let bonus seconds and the TT's decide who wins? |

Evans, Sanchez and Basso, useless in today's stage, and then they give the stage win to Cobo |

Now, Cadel has in a way secured a place at the podium. Nice that he finally gets a podium place in a GT. Oh, wait, he has so many from before.

It's a shame Gesink is out of the podium, as he is one of the very few who actually has attacked in the mountains. |

General classification:
1. Alejandro Valverde 83:34:03
2. Samuel Sánchez +1.26
3. Ivan Basso +1.45
4. Cadel Evans +1.59
5. Ezequiel Mosquera +2.11
6. Robert Gesink +5.30
7. Paolo Tiralongo +6.49
8. Joaquim Rodriguez +7.42
9. Philip Deignan +9.37
10. Juan José Jobo +10.40
The question is - Can Evans gain 2 minutes on Valverde?

It's official, most boring GT ever, the only person who deserved to win it crashed. The others are lazy. |
