Going to Gippingen now. (GP Kanton Aargau)
Had to work until now, so I missed the start but except meeting riders, the start is not very interesting anyway. |

Another British victory in Korea. Oroz keeps the leader's jersey.
Tour de Korea, Stage 5: Gumi - Yeongju (137,8 km) (2.1)
And another victory for Giant - Shimano in Gippingen, by one of my favourite riders. And Dillier shows his talent once more.
GP Kanton Aargau - Gippingen (181,5 km) (1.HC)

The GP du canton d'Argovie was a hard race in the last 3 laps.
Funny to see a former world champion and a former olympic gold medalist riding for a rookie. But it was his home race and Silvan Dillier lived up to the expectations.
(And he has a pretty girlfriend, who happened to stand just next to me during the podium ceremony) |

You don't have to post names/kilometers and info about the races anymore, as it's automaticly done now.

A victory for a Korean. No big changes in GC. Two more hilly/mountaineous stages coming up to decide the final GC. Looking forward to the works of Grmay and Carthy.

And Hugh Carthy shows his talent once more by winning the queen stage in front of the surprising Choe and another young rider Haig.

young dane Magnus Cort wins his 8'th uci win at Ronde de l'Oise this season, quite randomly. finishing first in front of Shane Archbold and Justin Jules.
he was riding as leadout for sprinter teammate Michael Carbel, and just went faster through the final turn than anyone else, spotted a gap and went for it the last 500 meters, catching the days breakaway in the process. carbel finished 5'th.
he's now 2 points behind Tom Van Asbroeck for the lead of the europe tour.

he's just a few seconds behind Romain Feillu in the race gc. his director sportif is quoted for saying "of course we're gonna gamble it all to try and win the race, we're not gonna ride defensively to defend second place"
gonna be very exiting to see where he ends up once the transfer season starts.

Yes I read that on feltet too. Maybe we should use the transfer thread to discuss where Cort will go

Stölting bossing the flat German U23 champs.
Herklotz wasn't defending his title to take a short race break as the profile didn't suit him anyway, but Walscheid edges out Bauhaus in the sprint.
Considering Bauhaus is looking like a good talent, Walscheid now does too. He just returned from winning a Polish 3-day stage race due to sprint bonuses as well
