The Columbia sprint train

yea, I like that. do another season! anyone know what the record is for keeping a story going? I think you´ve beaten it already, though one might shouldn´t consider doing a story just to break records Grin

exactly I start this story just for fun and hoping that it will have more pages than Maggot's stories.

About the records I think that SN's DFL is in the fourth season or something like that.

well I think that a story becomes even better over some years past, with some interesting trasfers with riders at teams that you never thought they will race for.

Yeaah..maybe you right. I dont have be such a hard ass. For example I like to play football this way..that starting to buid up. 2 or 3 rd. league weak team. This would be same as cym and continental team.

I think that the first season is, not boring, not as fun as the next years, coz u have a chance of get riders you want, at the same time your young riders develop a lot more.

The breakaway.
i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu218/alexkr00_2/April%2009/PCM0002-10.png

A lot of attacks on Cote de la Redoute
i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu218/alexkr00_2/April%2009/PCM0003-10.png

And there were made 2 important groups. First with Visconti, Kirchen, Rebellin and Dekker.
i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu218/alexkr00_2/April%2009/PCM0004-9.png

Joaquim Rodriguez, Valverde, Schleck, Moncoutie, Schumacher and Pellizotti are in the second group
i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu218/alexkr00_2/April%2009/PCM0007-9.png

Dekker went away from his mates on Cote des Forges
i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu218/alexkr00_2/April%2009/PCM0008-7.png

And Kirchen's group is caught by Valverde's one, Dekker alone in front
i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu218/alexkr00_2/April%2009/PCM0010-5.png

From the new chasing group are made some attacks
i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu218/alexkr00_2/April%2009/PCM0012-6.png

Dekker is caught and again 4 riders in front. Rodriguez, Kirchen and Schumacher are there too
i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu218/alexkr00_2/April%2009/PCM0015-6.png

But they all get back toghether on Chemin de la Lemmetrie. Cunego is there too now
i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu218/alexkr00_2/April%2009/PCM0018-3.png

And an serious attack from Kirchen
i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu218/alexkr00_2/April%2009/PCM0020.png

Valverde is coming after him
i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu218/alexkr00_2/April%2009/PCM0022-1.png

Still Kirchen is in front on the downhill followed by Dekker and Valverde
i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu218/alexkr00_2/April%2009/PCM0024.png

Valverde catches Kirchen...
i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu218/alexkr00_2/April%2009/PCM0026.png

But it's too late to do anything and Kirchen wins Lige-Bastogne-Liege!

Good tactics to outrun Valverde - he's a bitch to beat on hard in LBL, when he's in form Smile

You have probably mentioned it before, but what difficulty do you play on? Smile

Then I ought to congratulate you a bit more, since LBL, but mostly Amstel, is one of the hardest races ever to win on hard, especially against Valverde (and sometimes Cunego) Pfft

this time I had luck that Valverde was in the behind group.
