What a strange sprint in Belgium. It looked like there was still one lap to go until 100 metres out when Boonen had to prevent Steegmans taking another stage from him Tour-style. Maybe 3 guys max went out of the saddle.
Herklotz apparently 14th in Bayern, dunno about the time gaps so I can't say whether that's satisfying or not. Everything below Thomas seems possible for a really good CT rider, so if that's more or less s.t., it sounds good.
The TT is another very interesting thing to follow from his perspective as well with much of his off-season focus on that discipline. Herklotz is 14th, just over 10 seconds off the top 10. |

Nice ride by König in Bavaria, he is starting his Tour preparations so i hope everything will go well. Also great to see Sepulveda so high, this boy is pure all-arounder.

Cannondale should definitely snatch Sepulveda, would be great fit. |

And Tony makes it three for OPQS, though not as dominant as last year. Dumoulin finished strong at 16 seconds from the World Champion. Neo-pro Dillier also had a great time.
Ronde van België / Tour de Belgique, Stage 3: Diksmuide - Diksmuide I.T.T. (16,7 km) (2.HC)

Bauhaus with a very good 4th place in Bayern ahead of Ciolek and Haussler!
Assuming they'll sign Willwohl soon with his father being a DS at Stölting, they have a great duo for PCT sprints in the future.

A victory for the young Danish rider Cort after great work from his teammate Bochman. 18-year old Oomen from Rabobank also put in a fantastic ride, getting caught in the last k.

Proud of being danish these days, they've got so many promising cyclists, and Cort won once again

Amazing performance by Cort once again Great to see Valgren aggressive aswell, rewarded with a 2.place. Another rider Jesper Hansen went to the break away, and comes of a great performance at Artic Race. Good to see the danish riders showing a bit off. Now we just need Lander to step up his game
Present:
Tinkoff-Saxo - AG2R - Colombian riders
Past:
Francisco Mancebo - Illes balears - Carlos Sastre - Kelme - Robbie McEwen

@ Jesley
It was pretty up and down and there was lots of attacking going on. A peloton of around 50 riders finished 10 seconds behind the escapees. |

according to the resume on feltet.dk katusha worked to pull in todays break for a sprint for kristoff, so it cant have been too hilly.
katusha then ended up reeling in the break a little bit too early, and 2 groups went for it a front group with valgren demarchi and omen, and a 6 man group with cort and young teammate bøchmann. bøchmann managed to pull the two groups together a few kilometers before finish, working for his teammate.
in the post race interview, cort said something that loosely translates to "i told him to pull the group, i thought could win, he just had to bring the groups together and i would win"
edit: the post above me shows that it wasnt flat.

Ah. Surprised by Oomen as well then, didn't know he was good on hillier terrain.
Also, Kristoff can take hills pretty well ofc

Regarding Bayern Rundfahrt: The Stölting DS admits they put the wrong gearing on Silvio's bike so he nearly stood still on the steep parts of stage 2.
Which means we can conclude that wasn't 100% his maximum performance
