Well I did the schedules (the bars and all, so they do get fitness peaks), but since i did them in Lachi's planner they don't come with objectives.
I can add the objectives no problem, but I don't know if it's worth bothering at all.
@ Jesley: No, I plan each rider individually, to try and give them an optimal program based on their strengths and skills. It's hard work but it used to pay off quite a bit.

Hi,
I would like to ask one question about breakaways...
Could someone tell me how can I cooperate with relays, with other riders in breakaways? I mean when I am using icon "infinite relay" thats not good because I do not want to relay the whole time only with my rider..
When I am using icon "relay" actually I think thats the same because other riders in breakaway do not cooperate with my rider and do not replace him at front of the group... |

You have to lower the relay effort. Around 50-60 is when they co-operate. If you relay at 60+, they won't.

Hey guys, i'm looking for a team with the new 2014 db. I only demand that there's a GC outsider for the top 5 |

Hey.. is there anyway to change the maximum aloud wages of 600.000. i just started with SKY in the new DB, and they are already so maxed out, that you cant renew with your riders? i have maxed the sponsor objects, so money should not be a problem. |

Nope, there's no way.
You can lower the wages of the riders to get under the limit, though.

ING Tour de France
A stage by stage update on our Tour
On stage 1 Branfoot was caught in cross winds so missed the sprint, Greipel won.
We were a disappointing 9th in the TTT on stage 2.
Branfoot beat Greipel in a photo finish on stage 3.
Gilbert won, with Mosquera and Branfoot 5-6 respectively. This was on stage 4.
Branfoot was blocked by Mosquera on stage 5, so he only managed 3rd, Greipel won again.
Branfoot came in 3rd because of lead out problems on stage 6.
On stage 7, a solo attack from Mosquera was caught on the line, Tony Martin style. He held on for 5th, but there was not time to be disappointed, as Branfoot won!
Stage 8 was hilly so Mosquera managed 8th.
Stage 9 was another small hilltop finish, Mosquera improved on last time, with 3rd place
Mosquera won from an attack on flat stage 10, with Branfoot 2nd behind
Branfoot won again on stage 11, with Sagan in 2nd, now the points jersey was looking like a real possibility.
On stage 12 we hit the mountains. Quintana won, Cacho our best rider in 18th.
Mosquera takes 4th on stage 13.
On stage 14th Cacho used the break to get 6th place.
This time Greenland made a 'Tony Martin', but as with stage 7, Branfoot won anyway. Stage 15 was almost identical to that first one.
Team given a rest, but Branfoot snapped up points for 11th on stage 16
Stage 17 was much the same, this time Branfoot was 15th
Stage 18 was close but no cigar. Mosquera made the winning break, but lost out to Caruso on the. Galibier
Stage 19, and things were slipping away, Cacho was now 23rd in GC.
Stage 20 was the only ITT of this Tour, and it was hilly. Rather disappointing since we sent our two best time trialists Greenland still won though.
Mosquera destroyed the other lead outs on the Champs Élysées, and Branfoot seized on this to win the last stage in style, Mosquera even held on for 3rd!
Time for the classification overview.
Froome won GC from Quintana (again). Former ING rider Capelle was 4th. Our best rider was Cacho, in 24th, but we weren't really going for GC anyway.
Froome also won the KOM, our best rider in this is Mosquera (8th), for his many breakaways.
Branfoot dominated the points rankings, which was our sponsor objective for this race. He had 495 points, to Greipel's 400.
Quintana was the best young rider, with Cacho 5th.
We came 10th in the team, but we had a relaxed attitude on the mountain stages, so this is ok.
We took 7 stage wins, 5 for Branfoot, 1 from Greenland and Mosquera. We got 6 other podiums too, so it might have been even better!
In summary, I'm happy, it's the first time I've gone with a sprint/break team, and it was good fun, if different.

My latest career with a Spidertech comeback started first season with mostly average canadians and nathan brown and decided to go down the HTC route using only english speaking countries and bits of africa
soo
In came:
Ryan Anderson
Dominque Rollin
Jack Bauer
Jay Mccarthy
Jakob Rathe
Rob Ruijgh
Louis Meintjes
Ryan Roth
Daniele Tek
Plus 2 Young Canadians
Still Conti though i thought i was going up only to get pipped on the last days of the season hence Ruijgh and Bauer were panic buys thinking i needed more quality ohh well need to ace the conti tour this year instead ohh and just because

I go as low as 40-44 if I don't really want the break to stay away, that's mostly where my rider is close to stop relaying.

I like starting careers with weak CT teams, then you can build up the team slowly, and get the team to the WT slowly, with the nationalities you want to focus on. I'd recommend it.

The division doesn't really matter. I like rider types that are quite good in many things, like a Bakelandts or Jungels |

Depends on in which division you plan to start, but some cool teams are: IAM, Belkin, NetApp, Joker, Katusha, OGE etc.
To be honets i prefer some stronger PCT or some weaker/mid-range PT teams, since i am definitely not the guy for long careers with some weak and small CT teams.
