The Spanish commentator, who has absolutely no idea of cycling, is now comparing climbs like Zoncolan and Angliru to an absolutely different climb like Galibier.
*facepalm* |

Just from how he approaches Passo Duron, Scarponi looks so strong. |

I hate what Liquigas are doing... Already only 30 riders left before the last climb. They never give the Breakaway a chance in mountain stages.
Team Europcar !!
RIP Wouter

Amazing job by Szmyd, yet again. This race is really going to explode when it hits the Zoncolan. |

Liquigas are running out of men, fast. Szmyd is already shredding legs to pieces, when he'll be spent they'll put...Kiserlovski on the front? Bad tactic, imo. |

Yeah, I was just about to say, Szmyd's amazing.
Counted 25 in the group, with 5 of those falling off currently. It will be interesting to see if Liquigas eases up a bit after this steep climb: If they don't, it will be interesting to see what they have left for teammate support near the base of the Zoncolan. |

Oh Szmyd is really strong again. Szmyd is 32 years old. If he should be leader one day I think this year in La Vuelta..
Is Wiggins in maglia rosa group?

This Vuelta isn't for climbers. It's for an explosive rider who can position himself well.
Think first two weeks of this Giro.

He doesn't have mentality of leader, also acceleration and TT-skill suck. If he wants to be a leader, he also needs to pay more attention to flat stages and keep top form for three weeks.
But if it comes to setting high pace uphill for long km's, he's the best.
Roman -> He won't ride Vuelta this year, he's going to TdF, and gonna be Liquigas' leader on Tour de Pologne (finally chance for him to win it, as we have an uphill finish... easy, but still uphill). |
