Very good ride by Nieve, rly deserved after a good stage and a very good Vuelta.
I do think most of them were afraid of attacking because of Kreuziger. If he wasn't there we would probably have seen bigger gaps i guess.

Great stage by Schleck. He is so good
except his suckyness on the earlier stages losing a chunk of time and it will be near impossible to bring back - especially considering there is a TT.
He's probably going to advantage on both Rodriguez and Mosquera.
That said, I believe the last climb, Bola del Mundo, is too steep. |

Why didn't Purito attack earlier? He was so much stronger then Nibali.
The serbian commentators said something about Roche and Mosquera attacking as soon as Kreuziger stopped pulling. I guess there's your answer. |

Indeed, and it's worth remembering that despite Nieve being 26, this is his first grand tour. |

I don't know what's so great about F.Schleck, he was given the space because he was 2'40 behind on Nibali.. so no direct danger.
In the last km Schleck still lost a lot of time to Rodriguez and even a few seconds on Mosquera.
Sure. F.Schleck was having one of his 1-day good days which he has every Grand Tour. But it wasn't that impressive. |

hey, if that was his first real day that he cracked, then it's not a bad sign for his future.

How many seconds can gain Nibali respect Rodriguez ,Mosquera and Schleck? I suppose 1.30 on Mosquera , 2.30 on Rodriguez. |

asi tak, ale mometalne sa darà naÅ¡im cyklistom aj Saganovy aj Velitsom tak ved uvidÃme čo to bude za etapu. Podla mna asi vyhrá Cancellara zajtrajÅ¡iu etapu. |

So, so typical of Sastre.
Stage with 1 climb = Sastre gets dropped no matter what form he's in.
Longer stage with more climbs = Sastre does much better.
Has always been like that. Will always be like that.
This GC is going to get very interesting in the next few days.
I spent the entire climb hoping Kreuziger would blow so others would attack. Too bad it took so long.
Mosquera lost his big chance today. Says he felt the worst he's ever felt in his career. Legs hurt, arms hurt, head hurt......and that was before the stage started. It got worse.

sry. ruben but again I have to think oposite way. Schleck is gonna be beter and better every day.
He lost time at the end?
So..also Mosquera lost time at the end..when he atacked in stage 15.
It is natural..after long solo ride against riders with group..
I am even stupid enough to say that TT will say. Two weeks are over now.. It is not about just TT ability anymore. Fresh legs, rising form should affect already now.
