Tomorrow is another mountain stage. Then on Friday a hilly, probably allowing for an escapee group. And then on Saturday, the time trial. Sunday is the last stage of the Tour.
Sastre will get 10 minutes over Evans tomorrow.
Nah, do you want to see a real joke? English eurosport commentator: "Aaa now here goes Cadell Ellens closing the gap."

Here's my thought for the podium:
Evans
Sastre
Menchov
I agree. My only doubt is the first place... As Smoothie said, Magical things happens when you have the yellow jersey. Maybe it's just the heart speaking but hell i want Sastre to win
Maybe Evans will go too hard, we know what happened to Ullrich in 2003.
Hopefully this time there won't be oil in the road...

Btw, what do people think of the white jersey, can Kreuziger take Andy on the time trial, or will Andy manage to keep the white jersey? |

Well we know that valverde will Lose about 3 minutes in the time trial so vandevelde is safe there.
Yeah, nobody behind Vandevelde will pass him. But the closest person time wise is Menchov... and Vandevelde won't pass him... or Evans obviously.
4 minutes to Sastre is too much.
So then you have Kohl and Schleck. I know neither is all that great... but I don't know how manageable 3'17" to Schleck or 3'08" to Kohl is on a 53km course.
He was 1'10" over Kohl and 1'37" over Schleck in the first TT, which was just under 30km. Maybe he can get past Frank. |

tomorrow will be a break away, and its a course that suits valverde. Tomorrow is valverdes last chance to gain time on Vandevelde |

be prepared for a breakway winning with 20 minutes ahead of a pack that is going so slowly, even the sprinters will be there.
Or, CSC will do something unusual and try to win more time (but fail)

Well, looking at the results from the last TT of the 2007 Tour..
Evans gained 2m33s on Sastra, so with the wings of the yellow jersey, it might actually be possible to defend the 1:35 lead, although I doubt it, but who knows.. My guess would not have been a stage win for Sastre if someone asked me before the stage |

Besides, A. Schleck isn't a bad time trialist, so he should be able to keep his white jersey. |

It was a great climb to watch, but the advantage is still with Cadel Evans.
Great result for Chris Froome to take 31st! He was with Menchov for a while when Menchov was dropped early on.

normally, it would be close, but Kreuziger is half-dead while Andy is getting better

Andy is getting better as he goes along, where Kreuziger is starting to find it tough. |

A. Schleck looked really strong today, I think he'll even take time on Kreuziger on the TT. If nothing happends before the final TT, I think the overall will look something like
Evans
Menchov
Sastre
Kohl
Vandevelde
F. Schleck |

I think the deficit will still be less to Cadel this year, Sastre can TT a little bit. But Cadel will win, unless Sastre miraculously gains more time tomorrow.
As for Andy Schleck, I was very impressed with his staying power today. He'll beat Kreuzinger in the TT, and apologies to everyone I've offended by spelling his name like that. |

What a talent Andy is! Can't wait to watch him riding for the tour victory against Dekker and Boasson Hagen the next many years! |

I'm wondering how long until Andy and Frank start racing against one another

Boasson Hagen???
Other than that, I agree and do seriously think that Andy Schleck is a future Tour de France winner.
