Well, to be honest, it is possible that Ignatiev would have won if it wasnt for Timmer, so Im happy he was swallowed by the peleton.

Timmer was in the way when Voeckler attacked... But there was no way that Timmer did that on perpouse, Ignatiev came from behind...

Ignatiev was dead after his two attacks anyway, don't think he could have followed Voeckler... |

I really hoped he could've shown us something this Tour...
Yup another ink black tour for us Dutchies. Since 2005 it has never gone 'our' way. With the drama in 2007 as highlight. |

Thats if he can even start tomorrow. I really don't see him going on.
Best thing to do is probably quit and focus on the Vuelta. |

Maybe if he went with him a bit it would have made a difference, because Ignatiev was second before Cavendish, so he lasted.

It's still not Timmers fault. It is just bad positioning from Ignatiev who should have know that Voeckler also had to attack to win... |

Ofc, i know that, it was a perfect attack by Voeckler and he rly deserves it, but if Ignatiev was in another postion it might have been different.

The is the worst possible tour I could have ever wished for so far. Dekker caught on epo a few days before. Gesink falling in the first week. Contador/Armstrong taking all exciment out of it after the first TTT.
What's to look forward to?
For me personally the Vuelta.
Seriously, with this Tour course this was predictable...
I had to schedule my vacation in January and I scheduled 3 weeks during the Giro and 2 during the Vuelta. guess why?
No..no and no. TdF is not over yet guys. Giro was great..but I'm almost shure that TdF won't be any worse. wait third week..and also should be intresting first mountain stage where all fresh climbers will start a climbing. |

Gesink has broken his wrist and is out of the Tour. Like I already thought.

The only thing that can cheer me up now is Biathlon getting banned |

A real pity that Gesink is out because I had so high hopes in the mountains for him now that Menchov sucks big time |
