Cervelo ends up 14 seconds back of Katusha at the finish, slotting them into 3rd so far.
So, likely 8th overall, after Liquigas and the four favorites come in?
EDIT: Liquigas came through the 3rd check with a 21 second lead on the field so far. Really nice ride for them.

i think they may still surprise because their strategy has typically been to risk trouble by going hard and finishing with 5, and CVV, Wiggins, Dave Z, Millar, and probably Hesjedal. But those are ssome real powerful riders there.

Garmin blows through the second check 10 seconds ahead of Liquigas.
EDIT: Liquigas drags through their fifth through 25 seconds ahead of Katusha at the finish.

interesting finish with the 5th guy just clawing his way to the line for Liquigas. Wonder how much time that will cost them. Close call for Saxo Bank on the Boygues corner.
