It may not have looked it but Devolder dominated this tour. Had he not crashed and lost 2'49 he would have won this race by almost 5 minutes. Well done Devolder. On a side note Devolder is still for sale. No i kid. I would be hitting myself had i sold the Tour de France winner, but i got to give a little credit to the team. Way to put aside the egos and help get us the team's biggest victory.

Had Dekker and lots of other leaders not crashed, you wouldn't have won by 5 minutes |

On an unrelated note, which teams are currently without a manager? |

I know that, seeing as Valverde was one of them, it was more to the point that Schleck didn't lose the race on the descent of the madeliene.

Anyone have any idea what the standings look like after the race. I gotta think i closed the gap on Accumalux. It is going to be one hell of a finish to the season

Nevermind the crashes, the fact is that Schleck led the GC by around a minute and a half going into the stage, and was only losing a minute of that on the Madelaines descent. He then went on to lose ~90 seconds in the descent thus losing the race lead and any real chance he had of trying to win the race overall. Thats how I would define 'losing the race'

ok..after some calculations i think i have around 10-15 points handicap on France TV and 50-60 on Accumalux, it's a great fight on the podium and i'm a contender for top10s in almost all of the remaining races, except Paris-Bruxelles race (pff there i will suck hardly)

Hmm 65 isnt a bad set of points. Cant see myself going down with some more of those. The only thing im worrying about is actually signing someone to get higher up in these races. I have someone that will. But he won't yet. |

Rankings Update
Team Rankings
It's been the Tour de France, and France TV got their win, just not with who they thought. But the top 3 stay the same, but now it's very tight up there, although it's a long way back to 4th.
Credit Lyonnais have a great month to jump 6 places, as do Eurosport going up 4 places.
4 teams appear to be in the relegation battle - Sony Ericcson are really struggling, but only 18 points separate American Suzuki, Mapei and Nintendo. Last year 283 points meant safety, but this year, with more races, it'll be a lot tougher
1 (1) Accumalux-Formex 654
2 (2) France Televisions 619
3 (3) Magenta All Stars 610
4 (5) La Gazetta Dello Sport 456

7 (13) Credit Lyonnais 419

16 (15) Mapei 211
17 (16) Nintendo-Honda 202
18 (17) Sony Ericsson 158
Individual Rankings
The Tour has transformed the standings. Devolder, Schleck and Boonen, the top 3, all benefit from Le Tour, as do Rujano, Di Luca and Gadret
