Evans stopped on the side of the road for a min to get his stem fixed.

Baltic Television must love this chase group...an Belarussian, a Latvian, a Lithuanian, and a Ukrainian! |

USA at the front of the chase

Looks like the Americans are leading the chase...
Laszlo Bodrogi appears to be off the front, although no idea if he's between groups or off the front group. His best chance at a medal might be the Time Trial. |

Whats the ets that the large breakaway is the winning move? I think that this is it. Some big names in there. But more importantly the big teams are in there like Spain and Italy. So when it comes to chase time, no chase needs to come from them. |

Bodrogi is the 1st rider in front off the peloton, ahead of his are Efimkin, Terpstra, and Kangert (Estonia), dont know if anyone else is in the gap

Thing is its not a matter that only favourites are there there is a lot of strong rider/rolouers in there they will do a decent turn. According to BBC its only just the 2 ahead. No way. All Credit to USA and RSA they are doing a lot of work on the peleton. |
