No it's wrong
1. Uninstall PCM08
2. Delete the C:/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2008 folder
3. Delete the My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2008 folder
4. Delete the Pro Cycling Manager 2008 folder in AppData (to find the folder, type %appdata% into Run...)
5. Install PCM08
6. Install the latest patch, 1.0.2.3
7. Install the Plus Package
8. Install the Plus Package Patch Update

hi just purchased the game recently. the patch added automatically when i loaded up the game . itshows riders like ricco, piepoli etc are missing but when i go into the editor there names are still there in the team roster. Just wonder what is the correct database to access and where to fine it thanks |

thanks for that MArco can u tell me where the databases can be found which file is it. Because i have downloaded a few and am unsure which one has them as free agents |

Extract everything into a folder.
Copy everything inside that new folder into: Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager -Season 2008 |

I would like to combine this DB with one with more track riders.

Download the Divinity Project and extract it to your desktop. Inside the folder, find "Divinity_Track.cdb" and move it to My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager/Database. Now, when playing track races, go to Options -> Database and select Divinity_Track. When playing road races, choose OfficialRelease.cdb |

well, I'm pretty confused...
I play the game without on the original DB and have no problems. When I install the Plus Package the game crashes every tine when the race is supposed to begin. It loads all the cyclists textures and crushes to windows...
I've tried it in many ways, with patch and without it but the result is still the same. I scanned the forum but I did't find anyone reporting this problem...
Can anyone help me?? I've just bought the game and I'd like to play with Plus Package but is seems impossible. If there is any way to run it please help me, if not, which other database is good enough to play it??

I think so, I unpacked all the files to some folder and copied everything to the main game folder overwriting files. (I had one file error but it was some player photo file so it shouldn't matter). In the pure game version (without the patch) it was all that I did, in the patched version I after that overwrote the file which was in the update for the Plus Package.
After deinstalling previous versions I also deleted all the folders in My Documents and in AppData... |
