I don't... I've made quite a few jerseys with stitchings with other colors or lower opacity.
For this jersey I liked it better than blue stitchings, because the blue didn't blend well with the black sides.

Good shirt, i find it very realistic! You should improve only some details:
-the areas near the stiches;
-the logos on the shoulders (in particular the right one)
