Birt is from Australia
Also Kerby rides for Christina Watches and is not eligible, and Damien Howson is teamless, so you need to replace them with some others too

+ Your U23 road race team needs to contain the UK EPIC riders (Walker, Miles, Hanzen, Burton and Birtles I think)
