how can potential change in the db only 2 riders have got potential 8 but in in career over 20 riders have got potential 8 |

Well, this is a known bug.
It isn't a problem of the db, but the game (it happened to me as well).
If you didn't tick previously random potentials you must try to tick it and untick it in order to start a new career. |

When I try to tick it and I click ok I don't see the changes.
