I have no idea, that's why I like to use it. I think it's like "what?!"
I was just a bit perplexed how you can take a win of the only spanish WT team in the biggest spanish home-race as a sign that they are the best team in the WT (which arguably, they are) when most other teams send second tier squads/form-looking squads, best shown by the fact that Cannondale came 2nd.
