I think that should not be a rule. I have been a user here a couple of years but never posted anything because all i do is read stories (usually months after they are finished though). But if they joined a minute before voting maybe.
Sport freak. Mostly interested in Football (Liverpool, Rosenborg with more), increasing interest in cycling.
