Yes, because few guys missed what I wrote last time in NOTEs, so I decided to double-post it this time.
Hopefully, everyone will read them now.

There is one thing i dont understand:
How can you call the first round of the 4 hills tournament KO-round if you cannot get knockouted.
Isn't it possible to let only 16 riders advance to the final?

Shamefully, it's not. And it's called K.O. in Ski Jumping, so I have nothing to do with it. A bit weird, yep.
We can only hope that more guys will join when the first season finishes, so we can actually have a proper K.O system there!

Well, since no one else said something about our team name, I guess Goldberger's Goldjungs is certain now.

Our team:
-The best Flying Hills Jumper in Falcon
-The bestNormal Hills Jumper in Otze
-The 2nd and 3rd best Large Hills Jumpers in Oget and my own Martinez.
We should have a good chance of winning the overall teams classification.

Erm I guess you don't get the idea behind the team classification:
In Ski jumping that "team classification" are team events and not picking the best or best 2 jumps in each event from your team like in cycling.
So everyone of your team will jump like in real life. And there are team events on every type of hill (normal, large, flying).
So even if you have the best in a category for example flying, all your other jumper have not enough in these stats (like 600).
Thats why I have picked more balanced jumpers.

Hehe, lol.
Your team mates may have the highest average overall ranking in the individual world cup, but that doesn't help you at all when it comes to the team classification |

I don't know, I didn't use DSJ4 AI much at all (I usually play for breaking records or online), but I do have feeling that more balanced stats wise guys will be better this season than the discipline orientated ones. That's just my opinion, tho.
Rin is right. I tried to balance the calendar, so it can have more or less the same amount of normal, flying and large hills. Gives better and realistic results and it's way more interesting!
I think everything will be ready tonight and as I have to finish just one MG report, this will most likely start on weekend!

Of course I tested it. Multiple times. For all type of hills. But what I didn't do is that I didn't test full season with 40 hills. The AI is a bit more random than PCM, which is normal as ski jumping is a bit more random sport than cycling (falls and minor stuff that can destroy a jump easily).
What's sure is that one very interesting season is in front of us. Preview & Qualifications for first pre-season hill, Park City, will be up tomorrow.!

Although they won't represent anything in this season (all jumpers are automaticly qualified), qualifications are the part of DSJ procedure and they have to be done every time. They're great way to get to know the hill and weather a bit, before the final competition.
The weather and condition today were basically perfect. 1.0 m/s chest wind, clear, just perfect for some ski jumping. Everything was ready and it started!
3 falls today, which is kinda surprising (too much for summer qualifications) with S.Innauer being the one with furthest jump (120.0m) and with fall. However, he wasn't the only one that fell, as both T. Terpstra and N. Kavlac felt the taste of Park City Hill's plastic covering.
In fact, there were alot of guys that overperformed and surprised today. L. Brandstatter, R. Kruspe, PJ Levre were all the ones that surprised, with Austrian jumper once again being the best. Absolutely perfect jump from 24 y/o jumper which turned out to be the longest and the best one in qualifications! He also won by quite a big margin (4 points)!
Some guys that were expected to be very good, such as A. Mujagic, M. Oget, T. Woods failed a bit today, but in post-qualification interview they all said that this is just the start and that there's alot to come. At the end, this is just pre-season period and it doesn't really count point-wise, so there's nothing to worry about yet.
And at the end, there's a group of guys that are here just for fun and just because they have to be here. They are mostly the ones specialized for Normal & Flying hills such as F. Falcon, I. Suparman, H. K. J. P. Otze and few more. Actually, they weren't too bad at the end, actually!
Talents, however, were pretty bad today. It's either going to be one very long season for them, or they're just dealing with huge pressure they have on themselves. These were one steady qualifications without many things happening. Without further ado, let's take a look on results screen, it's definitely going to be interesting!

Great way of presentation there, Admir!
Also very good to see that form(or some other randomness, wind maybe?) seems to have influence. Or am I wrong there?

Thanks, Jes! Indeed, stats are the most important thing, but conditions (wind) and randomness has an influence there, too. There's no form tho, as I do this in single-hill mode.
Okay LLS, thanks for correcting me, I'll edit it now. Tho, it's not really a big problem, is it?

Loving the style of reporting
baseballlover312, 06-03-14 : "Nuke Moscow...Don't worry Russia, we've got plenty of love to go around your cities"
Sarah Palin, 08-03-14 (CPAC, on Russian aggression) : "The only thing that stops a bad guy with a nuke is a good guy with a nuke"
Big thanks to jdog for making this AMAZING userbar!

Great way of presenting the events.
Brandstätter winning the qualification with the farthest jump. Well done. Really nice to see him already on fire!
But two team mates (Innauer and Teerpstra) falling is not what I want to see in the team competitions .
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!
