Colombia are such a sorry pathetic team dont you guys think?. They wasted that Wildcard spot last year i suppose you could ask is their anyone better though. I would rather Frank and IAM riding this than Colombia who will probably do one decent stage all Giro again. I mean their getting dropped i would understand if a guy like Cancellara was in their team but their all bad ITT and their still getting dropped. I had real high hopes for Duarte when he went their he has not progressed atall they should have really tried hard egtting Acevedo and Arredondo and chucked alot of cash their way. |

Indeed!
No, Atlanta, as I said, I live in Germany. So I'll get to hear about everybody out of my family telling me how great it was, while I may or may not get to see a race like the Bayern Rundfahrt or Rund um Köln.

What would you think is acceptable time loss for them, 50 seconds? Surely gonna be a minute plus maybe closer to two minutes lmao. |

Duarte is decent and more importantly they will attack every day. IAM will be too thinly stretched this season so they wouldn't do it. Colombia was a great choice.

Do you think Duarte can top 10 or not? If i was Colombia i would go the Pirrazzi route and go for the KOTM and try for stages that way he has no pressure on GC. |

No but I don't think that matters.

Orica had this in the bag before they even started. Way better than any other team here.

Wow chill with the retard comment i only asked if the Itt were taking part in Movistar which will help of course i do no in TT it is about seconds and not minutes dude dont worry about that. Im pretty sure guys i mentioned would do better in a TTT than guys like Rojas Ventoso or Lobato hence why i asked if they were taking part?
Point is that the value of a TTT team is different from the ITT skill of riders.
I've no idea about the guys you mentioned in general, but they're rather sprinters, so generally a useful addition to a TTT team.
TTT are more about changing fast, riding close to the wheel of the guy next to you, riding very fast for 20 seconds or so, etc.
ITT are much more about constant power over a given duration. Different qualities. Of course it's possible to have qualities for both efforts, good TT guys with a track background generally have them. |

Atlanta - FDJ were almost as bad as Colombia! Do you think we should kick them out?

Which is exactly why Orica are so awesome at it, compared to how they do in ITT's.

I agree dude im a fan of Duarte from his early days but i was really underwhelmed by his and Colombia's performance last year wasn't you?. Maybe as it is their second GT they will be better i hear their were big problems in planning last year with Corti making many mistakes in riders preperation. Duarte came to life but it was too late he done well at Tre Creme. |
