While I think that the team manager has to report of course most of the stuff, I'd prefer when there's some "togetherness" and "collective (team)-telling" in the Team-Threads. For example, I don't really report on Heimdal Hägg's awesome 11th result in GP Indurain since Atlantius took care of that and he's the man behind the rider and I think it should be his honour to report such a thing. So instead I will just refer to his post when it comes to reporting results but I still think that just posts should be counted towards the overall quality of the HQ.
In any case, Euskaltel - Euskadi is probably getting so many points in this break that Igor Anton or Mikel Nieve can win Tour de France, Vuelta a Espana and Paris - Roubaix all in one sweep.

Interaction with the riders counts as well, if that is what you mean. The individual rider blog gives points for the rider himself

I think the blogs should only be for the riders and the points for the teams should come from the rest of the HQ..
of course interaction, etc. should count but it is not the fault of a manager if the riders don't comment ( much ) so he should not get punished for it..

Interaction sounds fine and wonderfully open to interpretation. 
@knockout: That manager should fire them custom riders then and hire some Shonak quality. 
I have actually a kinda noobish-question: When I click on the Epic_DB, Belkin has pink squares at the logo and jersey. In the Post-TDF update, everything is normal. How can I fix it?

I would be glad to do hire some sprinter from Italy (just as an example ). But i don't think that would be allowed 
I mean why do i need a rider who did not comment once in the last two months?

It's because the jersey abbreviation in DYN_Sponsor is wrong since I didn't know the abbreviation used for the Belkin-jersey in PCM12, hence I just used the one referring to the name of the folder of the Belkin-jersey on my PC.
If you tell me I will fix it so that it's the correct way in the next edition of the DB.

It's bel - at least in my Post-TDF Update DB (PCM2012). So I suppose when I change Belkin to bel in jersey_sz_abbreviation, it works fine? #TooLazyToStartPCM

Less then 24 hours left for the first round of wildcards for season Part 2. Send them in now, Argos, Garmin, Lampre, Saxo, Sky, Vacansoleil, Accent Jobs, IAM and Sojasun!
In other news, the organisers of the Giro d'Italia confirmed the 2013 wildcards today. They went to Androni, Bardiani and IAM Cycling!

What's with the ridiculous goals some people have set?
Top 17 (ah, that well known target?!?!) Paris - Roubaix.
Top 20 Giro d'Italia.
Top 20 LBL. (when they have Betancur!!)
I personally don't think sponsors could give a flying fuck about a 19th place on GC but okay. Are people just trying to exploit the goals system?
