Masterblaster01: What is coming next should be very drastic
sutty68: I hope you will still follow
547984: Maybe the next part will be more suprising
jacobjc88: It will be, although they didn't hit Manx's Story that bad, although in his story it was more than Sky riders caught, and no the story the isn't over
nacho63: He is clean, he used his AICAR during the Tour and then quit the stuff
Next update tommorow morning

UCI Suspensions announced
The UCI has the suspensions for riders who have been caught doping. Dave Brailsfod will receive a life time ban. Bradley Wiggins, Chris Froome, and Rigoberto Uran have all received two year bans. Henao, Porte, and Cataldo have been very cooperative with authorities, and will receive one year bans. Team Sky has announced that it will dissolve effective immediately. The UCI has announced that all the riders that weren't doping are transferable, and will be able to ride on August 1. However, they won't be able to take part in WT races. In the aftermath, Wiggins, Froome, and Gabriel Rasch have announced that they will leave the sport.

I wonder what happens to Ian
baseballlover312, 06-03-14 : "Nuke Moscow...Don't worry Russia, we've got plenty of love to go around your cities"
Sarah Palin, 08-03-14 (CPAC, on Russian aggression) : "The only thing that stops a bad guy with a nuke is a good guy with a nuke"
Big thanks to jdog for making this AMAZING userbar!

And that was the last of Sky... Kinda expected that though.
Hope Ian will find a team that is willing to take him on board, such a scandal in the team won't be harmless to his image as questions will be asked ...
Wonder what will happen

was enjoying this story up till now, looks like someone else does not like the success Sky/GB are having, I think it would of being a lot different if the last two winners of the tour had not been British. |

547984: You shall see soon
Masterblaster01: I think that he should have no troubles
sutty68: It certainly will
Neillster: I'm sorry but Sky had to go, you will see Ian's future in the next post
duxili: Thanks
ftmtevans: Well, I knew this would happen so here it goes. Yes, I do think Sky is doping in real life. Do I think that they are the only ones? No. I think that most of the top riders are on form of performance enhancers. It is not entirely due to the success that Sky are having. I think Cobo doped in 2011, and Horner probably did this year at the Vuelta. Whenever someone comes out of nowhere like Froome, it arouses my suspicion. I promise you that Sky won't be the only team hit by doping accusations in this story.

Contract Options and Other News
With Sky gone, and Vancansoleil and Euskatel dissolving. There are two open sports on the WT. Four teams are vying for these spots. They are: NetApp-Endura, Europcar, MTN-Qhubeka, and team being created by Fernado Alonso. Of these teams, two have offered me a contract, MTN and Mr. Alonso. Both are 3 1/2 year deals, and they would lock me up with their team until 2017. I have also received offers from UnitedHealthCare, and soon to promote Drapac.
My Offers in Detail
MTN-Qhubeka
This offer is for 3 1/2 years as Team Leader in the GC Fights. I would get around 15 000, and I would get tons of incentives.
Pros: Guaranteed Leadership, Team should promote in the next two years. Guaranteed riders in all American Races this year. Contract Security.
Cons: Probably no GT if they don't promote, few capable teammates
Team Alonso
Offer is for 3 years as Co-Leader or lieutenant to leader. Offer is for 20 000 a year with fewer incentives than MTN offer
Pros: Very likely to promote immediately, GT ride, lots of $, good supporting cast
Cons: No guaranteed leadership, wouldn't get to ride home races, don't speak Spanish, would have to wait till January to race again
UnitedHealthCare
Offer is for 1 1/2 years as absolute leader at 10 000.
Pros: Absolute Leadership, would get to ride American races, good supporting cast, not locking into a contract for too long
Cons: Unlikely to promote, Not very much $
Drapac
1 1/2 years leader at 20 000
Pros: Leader, lots of $, and short contract
Cons: Small team, zero big races, no supporting cast
What do you guys think? In other news, Danny Pate has signed for MTN, and Joe Dombrowski has signed for UnitedHealthCare

I am fine with how u do it its your story and alot of effort as gone into your writing and story plot and i applaud you for that i only been reading the last few pages and i like it. Am i abit gutted how you have decimated Sky? Yes for sure, cuz Froome is really strong and i like the challenge of beating him, you could have just made him and the strong guys llike Uran have a 1 year ban and come back at a diff team, not just make them disappear. But its your story and i do like alot about it just not the fact some of the best riders wont be in the game. |

How can you become leader of MTN if Pate is there?
But to be serious now, MTN would be the best choice

MTN don't ride in the US... Alonsos team doesn't exist, so big risk, and probably no US. Drapac is just and odd one.
UHC is the only logical way to go. It's not going to get you to the WT straight away, but a few more years development can't go amiss. And you'll still go up against the big boys in California and Colorado.

How could i miss this? I'll try to follow now anyway.
I'd like to say i really like the twist, and Froome and Wiggins retiring actually sounds kind of niice to me.
I'd love if Ian would go to Alonsos Team. Even if it didn't happen IRL, it'd be nice to see the Alonso Team in a Story.
