Oh it is on! Saxo-Tinkoff once again hitting Team Sky on the climbs. They are letting Roche and Paulinho get away at the moment. |

Why would Belkin help Sky? I don't get it.

Yeah I wouldn't be that bothered about Contador or Roche/Paulinho tbh it can only help so much. |

Roche and Paulinho won't stay away for long. Sky will catch them soon enough. They should have waited for Col d'Ornon instead. |

Too early. They'll wait for Ornon or, most likely, the first ascent of Huez.

Because Belkin wants to get Mollema on the podium. |

It seems like they want the world to hate them. |

How should such alliance aid that? I don't see Mollema going anywhere but backwards in the GC.

I am. I don't see what Belkin could possible get out of such alliance, giving Mollema looks tired.

Just got home. What happened?
Saxo Bank tried getting Hernandez and Rogers into the break over Col du Manse. Sky had none of it and Froome ended up closing the gaps on his own in the end. Only Saxo Bank was chased heavily, Movistar is apparently not a problem in the eyes of Sky.
Thanks.
Riis is trying his usual move and Sky is aware of it. They want to have someone in the break so that Contador can attack over the top of the alpe/Sarenne, be pulled by the teammates who drop from the break and gain time.
It's what Riis always does. Last year's Vuelta is the only time it actually worked.
Remember the stage to Hautacam in 2008? I thought it worked out quite well, haha |

Haha, now we have two Euskies off the front trying to join the Saxo-Tinoff contingent. That ain't going down too well for Sky. |
