Oh, gosh, I hope you guys did not forget about me...
I lost internet service on the flight back to Pennsylvania, and my laptop crashed in the process, I bought a new one during a stop in Louisiana. My old drive is gone, I lost all pictures, all data, the only thing I have left is the points standings of the USACL league!
I knew something would go wrong in my journey to the top, and I can't just give up like everyone thinks I would. I am in the midst of getting data about the riders transferred, but luckily I do still have the race lineup I emailed myself earlier. We were en route to our biggest race of the quarter! All the top guys will be here.
The 4th race of the season is the biggest for the USACL, besides the NFL Challenge, the last race of the quarter. The season is divided into 4 quarters, and this is the big race of quarter 1, the schedule can be found on page 1, at least I didn't lose the thread!
I will gather any data I can round up as I get ready to post the PA PRE-RACE REPORT later on.
Please stay tuned as I currently work on my pre-race report, for now, here is what it looks like a remainder of the month:

Here we are in Pennsylvania for the next race. We are bringing the best guys we have to this race, and so is every other team. We are going all out this race, we are not going to hold back. Grant's sprinting ability should allow him to hopefully pull out one stage. Anything we can get we will take. This is my home state, and I want my friends to have the impression that I have been successful early on, as we are 3rd in the USACL Standings!
It won't be long now, I am excited for the start of the race!
Spoiler
Note: I have not attempted a stage on my new PC yet, so I don't know how this will go, after transferring everything. Also, the first stage will be up soon.

Good Luck in Pennsylvania
In all reality, I actually did get a new laptop, the battery died in my old one, and I just finished downloading everything I need.

Did you actually lose all your data?
Screenshots are all gone, the season I had planned is gone, I managed to save the database, but for the last few months I have been working to get jerseys and sponsors and everything like that graphics wise back.

I am using my college PC, so I can't download torrents as it is against the internet security policy

I'm home! Really? It feels like it has been forever. I knew Pittsburgh when I saw it, and being just outside of the city was a huge chance for Roosevelt to pick up his first win. We found out that many of the other teams did not bring the "Top Guy" from their squad, but they would not say why. I just hope I am not screwing up here.
Well early on in the race there was not much going on, but I did notice that almost every team was riding together no matter where they were at in the pack. There were a few attempts at a break, and the first one managed to take the first mountain sprint. I got to thinking, and thought that maybe if we got an edge in the mountain category throughout the year, we could gain crucial USACL points. I mean we have yet to win a race, only won a stage, and we are still 3rd in the standings, due to our mountain strategy. I sent A. Casey, R. Grant, and T. McLaughlin to the front of the peleton so the other teams would not notice anything.
Ramiro French could do this, I know because he already did once this year. I told him to go, 2 riders had already started the journey out alone with 130km left, and French joined them quickly.
The mountain sprint was approaching fast, and unfortunately French did not have enough time to make a move, and he ended up finishing in 3rd taking minimum points. There were still a handful more left though, and this break was beginning to pull away. With 110km left I noticed Team Tom-Tom and Team Lukoil take over the pacing, but I didn't understand why. Neither of them had a sprinter capable of winning the stage. Breakaway got out to a 4:00 lead with 100km left. Fast forward to the next mountain sprint, and Ramiro was prepared. He goes at the exact right time and passes the other 2 just feet before the line.
That's not all though. He even won the sprint that was only 2KM up the road, and to top that, he won the following mountain sprint! He and the other 2 had a 3:45 lead with 55km left. Back in the main group, these guys began to pick it up, and riders began to take their place.
French ends up taking the last Mountain sprints, winning 3 out of the 5 and securing himself the Mountain Jersey! The peleton catches the other 2 with 30km to go, but Ramiro is still out on his own. Can he stay ahead though. I'm guessing not because he only has a 1:00 lead with 20km left.
Ramiro is caught soon after, and Discovery Channel is feeling witty, and they send out a rider on the attack, the entire peleton follows though.
The peleton is rapidly approaching the finish, and trains are forming. Remember how the team has trouble forming a train, well I found out that we do have some riders that know how, an absolute dominant train by Sunkist, setting up a 1-2 finish with R. Grant & A. Casey
