When did I say they didn't mean anything?

Guys, word of advice: practice means nothing. seeing the Aguris or whoever else at the front in practice is perfectly normal
Aquarius, I thought you'd learned from the last time about the french A1GP team
And addy, Piquet is actually decent. it's just a steep learning curve. that plus he's an asshole

for the three billionth time PRACTICE MEANS NOTHING!
Number 3, see in this one how you specify that it means nothing at all

get it out of your system guys, practice means zero. and when I say zero, I don't mean "it doesn't mean that much", I literally mean nothing at all.

Issoisso if you cant be asked to read carefully what you right then i just can be asked.
"I'm done with this, if you can't read what youwrite, there's no point"
The only way that makes sense is if context is thrown out the window. You were defending the point of view that practice is a good indication of who will do well in the race.
I stated it means nothing. It was pretty damn obvious that I was referring solely to lap times and anyone will get that impression reading everyone's posts in a row.
The preceding post is ISSO 9001 certified
"I love him, I think he's great. He's transformed the sport in so many ways. Every person in cycling has benefitted from Lance Armstrong, perhaps not financially but in some sense" - Bradley Wiggins on Lance Armstrong
Well when you say Practice means nothing,'I don't mean "it doesn't mean that much", I literally mean nothing at all.', maybe you should make it clear its lap times as Practice is one whole thing, that includes a lot more than lap times.
Also i wasnt saying as a whole i was pointing out the top 3, as you can see when i Quote my post. And going by the top 3 i think i was pretty spot on.
To be fair issoisso is only referring to lap times. He does make it clear in a number of other posts that it helps teams get set up for the race. He just can't make that point in every post he makes in this thread, and generally he says it means nothing after someone says the lap times do mean something
At last... Piquet Jr would have 3 more races to proove his (lack of) talent. If he fucks the three coming races up, he will most likely lose his seat in favour of... *drum rolls* Takuma Sato.
Haha ..
In my oppinion Sato is good but way too unstable ... He makes a lot of mistakes..
Piquet jr. is a joke and it's only because of his name he got into F1 ..

Piquet seems to do everything to be sacked. Penultimate position this morning in FP1, making shitloads of mistakes it seems, whereas Alonso was 7th, so the car can't really be blamed here.
It seems Ferrari and McLaren are very close, then there's a gap to the BMW and an even bigger gap to all the others, led by Renault (Alonso).
Bourdais seems to be faster than Vettel, once again, I don't know if he's really good or if Vettel is overrated. I thought Bourdais was quite average (for a F1 driver) and won a suckers championship in the US...

they're not mutually exclusive. in fact, they're both true.

Well, when practice shows the same thing that races since the beginning of the season, you can rely on them, more or less, I'm not talking of Fisichella beating Ferrari's here.

yes, if that had happened, we could rely on them. but since they haven't shown any of that, we can't.
Expect Monaco and Montreal to be the only tracks McLaren will do well at for reasons I don't feel like fully explaining right now

To blend in with the glitz and the glamour of Monaco, on Sunday, Lewis Hamilton will wear a diamond encrusted helmet. A bit over the top, but if you can afford it, why not. Also, his sponsors gave him a present, a £25,000 diamond ring. Not bad.
And, it's raining in Monaco. this race is going to be fun
It's a mediterranean country in May: expect anything in terms of weather. example: I went to take a bath 15 minutes ago when it was pouring down and every cloud in the sky was black.
Now I'm back and all I see is the sun.
So expect a wacky race
not that I'll watch it. it's still Monaco, so it's still boring as hell.
