Finally, Thomas
What's the point of Thomas pulling anyway. It's not like they will catch Cancellara now.
maybe he wants the next group to pull back?it seems that there are 3 sky teammates in the next group, stannard, EBH and hayman maybe? |

Why would he pull then to do that ?
And Thomas should get at least 3rd from this group anyway.

With the lack of effort he has to get 2nd. |

He's clearly pulling now and Sagan is clearly the best sprinter there, so Sagan should be at the end 2nd here. He should get 3rd though obviously.
If it comes to a sprint from thus bunch that is.

Wouldn`t be too sure. Oss can be fast as well and Chavenel is always good to surprise. |

This.
Behind Sagan, it's pretty close. I wouldn't even discount Langeveld after a long race like this.
EDIT: They've gained like 15 seconds on Fab now

Gap is moving back under 45 seconds. Maybe it's not over?

Sagan eating seconds, if he and Thomas got some help earlier, they would catch him. Come on Peter, kill them!

What if they had been chasing from the outset?

Of course it's over guys. No way they get those 44'' back unless Cancellara fades spectacularly, or has a mechanical.

He seems really suffering...
But it is going up again, not much left in chasers too probably.

I'm pretty sure that he'll easily hold on, but it's obvious that he isn't the same rider he was a few years ago.

Just to say, this thread will be up only for E3 & Gent-Wevelgem. Ronde and Roubaix will have seperate threads, to avoid confusion mostly.
Okay didn't know that, sorry. |
