Their group is one epic fail, its not as if those others are that bad, but its like team A beats team B but then team A loses from team C and then team C loses to team B and so on. Holland just wins its games while the number 2 will likely end the group stage with 8 points while Holland has 22
But knowing Holland they'll get cocky and then we'll fail eventually at the WC which I wouldnt mind since there are only a few players on the team that I actually like

Lets see, Portugal still has a small chance. And, yes, I'm a believer |

Sure, Portugal does have a chance. Denmark has been a sucky team for years, and although I was euforic earlier today, the more I think about it, the more I'm sure we'll screw up |

I really hope that Denmark doesn't screw up. In fact, I hope that Denmark wins against Sweden and Hungary and loses against Portugal so that Portugal could play the playoff
Portugal haven't scored since that incredible last 10 minutes against Denmark

i think if England beat Ukraine on wednesday then we can start planning our flights to SA. We've already beaten Croatia away which was our hardest game and we're 5 points clear. it's looking good.
makes you wonder how big a muppet McClaren really was to fail to get us qualified for the Euro champs! |

Yep, 1st goes directly to the World Cup.
The 8 best second places have to play a playoff. |

However that muppet is doing pretty well here in Holland with Twente tho, I still think that England just isn't as good as it used to be, main reason being that the Premier League is so international. Just look at Arsenal's team.

and another quite tough victory for France on very bad pitch, but with a nice Ribéry's goal B)
So, 3rd of the group behind Lithuania (9) and Serbia (12), with one match less, that's not so bad (but not so cool also) |
