After reading in English and French, regarding the last paragraph "The longer a scout stays out of a region already visited the more his «Knowledge» will be away." or "Par contre, plus le scout se tient à l’écart de sa région, plus ses connaissances s’effritent." I think that Kentaurus is right about this one.
On the other hand there are chances that Jesleyh is right about the first point - the meaning of a full green bar. Kentaurus said that a green full bar means that the scout has no (or very few) riders left, or it didn't seem like that.
What do we agree, more or less is that a full green bar means reports more correct from the scout.
But it remains the question : when a bar is filled is good or bad to let the scout in that region ? |

Good question, I normally move my scout away, though I really think it may depend on the quality of your scout.
To specify, I think the bar represents how much knowledge the scout has of that region, a full bar means there is little left for him to learn.
This does seem like it should be testable, and I'll look into it later tonight.

I'm unsure now, I just trusted the english manual, I didn't know that those translators were so bad
Looking forward to the outcome of the tests now

At first, I read only the english manual. Then I read the french one too, a language that I master well. And I confirm that some translations are not as good as it should. |

Will Parker has slightly becoma a star. He won the Paris - Nice in 2019, and he is currently leading the Tour de France with a win on the 3rd stage

Yeah, the RES stat can give serious problems in the first years, but after that(RES stat got loads of potential, so it'll be fine), you've got a great cobbler!

A couple of talents from my IAM career:
Bossard could become a very strong stage-racer in future, maybe the next French TdF winner? I think Cerne could become a good Rodriguez type rider. Not a big GT contender though because of his poor TT and Recovery stat.

Those look edited indeed. At least they can't exist in the PCMdaily DB.
They are good though
The second one can exist though, if you signed him a age 18 with a good trainer.
