@TMM More questions 
1. Will it be possible for CT-teams to send a smaller squad to CT races (6/7 instead of 8)?
Example:
Spoiler normal squad with 24 riders will have 1440 race days in total (24 riders x 60 max race days). CT-tour has 154 stages which makes a total of 1232 race days (154 stages x 8 riders per stage).
This will leave us with 208 race days for WT races (1440 - 1232). A GT is 189 race days (21 stages x 9 riders), which leaves us with 19 race days for other races which means 2 classics.
2. Are there 4 or 6 Wildcards available per race? since first post says 6, but I read 4 somewhere else.
3. What should an Wildcards application look like?

4. Do points gathered by CT-teams in WT races count towards CT ranking and points gathered by WT-teams in CT races towards WT ranking?
5. If you spend more money on scouting reports, will you be able to get a better rider as well, or will that just reveal more stats?
6. Will there be a seperate thread for race reports and race discussion? (Like man-game but not a seperate thread for each race) This will make it easier to see if there is a new report or to look up results and gets rid of people spoiling the report when searching for it while others have already posted the winner and stuff 
7. And last one is a stupid question really, riders can't race two races that overlap right?

Only 1 Update per season. Yes U23 custom riders will suck, but tough.
A) There will be a limit per rider and per stat
B) The only thing that affects the number of points a team gets is the quality of that managers posts.

1) 6-8 riders for all CT races.
2) 4-6. If a team applies for a race, but its not a good application they wont be chosen, even if there are spaces on that race.
3)I will post all that stuff soon
4) Points earned in WT races go to WT ranking. Points earned in CT races go to CT ranking.
But! If a CT team goes to a WT race. Half of the points will also go to the CT ranking. And if a WT team goes to a CT race, half the points will also go to the WT ranking.
5) You will be able to see more riders and stats, so the chances are higher of finding a good rider. For fairness i wont even look at the riders first, so i couldnt say so.

7) There are no overlapping races in this fantasy game. Its much easier to organise.

I think it's up to managers to add that bit of realism to the game

As for now, maybe we (the players) could make a gentleman's agreement to not violate the calender for realism? Or is that a stupid idea?
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

I personally am not going to add any equipment files for the teams, so by that it will be what the game decides.
If someone else wants to offer to put all that into the db as package the im happy to talk with them.

Cool, my suggestions are on page 4, 2nd and 3rd post
Basicly that was giving historic races more points. But I will have to rework the CT points if you're going for seperate rankings.

I like it. I'm glad that you want to give a nice amount of points for stage wins. Maybe you should make TdF win 5000->6000 points, but beside that, it's good.

The "wear" are daily rewards or 1x per tour?
Personaly I'm a fan of more points for the winner compared to the rest.
The scale between Tour and monument seems very good. Guess Vuelta and Giro are somewhere in between.
